The Team Drive: All Your Projects in One Place

With the Business plan, your team now shares a Drive: folders and files with no expiration date, permissions for each member, a trash bin and an activity history.

The Team Drive: All Your Projects in One Place

A video project is never just one file. It's rushes, edit versions, LUTs, music tracks, quotes and deliverables piling up over weeks. When several people work on it, the real headache isn't sending these files, it's knowing where they are. That's why the misi.link Business plan now comes with a Team Drive.

A shared space with no expiration date

A transfer is meant for delivering: it has an expiration date, and that's as it should be. The Drive, on the other hand, is built to last. Your folders and files stay there as long as your Business subscription is active. You'll find the Drive in My account, and every member of your team sees exactly the same folders.

A project organized in the Drive: shared folders, permissions per member, a 30-day trash bin.

How it works

  • Add your files with the "Add files" button, or drag them straight onto the page. A whole folder keeps its entire tree structure.
  • Organize: create folders, rename them, move a file by dragging it onto a folder, and select several at once.
  • Find any file with the search, and see image and video thumbnails at a glance.
  • Download a file, a selection or a complete folder as a single ZIP archive, even for hundreds of gigabytes.

Permissions for each member

The team administrator chooses, for each member, whether they can edit the Drive or have read-only access. It's handy for an intern who needs to grab some items without risking moving any, or for someone who only comes to approve.

The Activity tab keeps track of everything: who added a file, who renamed a folder, who deleted what, and when. No more asking "who moved the master?"

A forgiving trash bin

Deleted a folder by mistake? It first goes to the trash bin, where it stays for 30 days with all its contents. One click on "Restore" and it's back in its place.

Built for large files

Just like with your transfers, files go straight to storage, in several chunks sent in parallel. If your connection drops, the upload resumes on its own right where it stopped. And the Drive simply counts toward your team's storage space.

In summary

Transfers remain the ideal tool for delivering to your clients. The Drive becomes the common home for your projects: a single place, always up to date, shared by the whole team. It's included in the Business plan at no extra cost.
