Share links Business
Share a file or folder with a link valid for 7 days, 30 days or with no end date, which you can also send by email. The Shared links tab gathers them all with their downloads: extend, disable or delete them in one click.
Work as a team
With the Business plan: everyone gets their own access, with one source for all.

Invite your colleagues: everyone signs in with their own address, and the storage space is shared.
Per-member permissions
For each member: “Can edit” or “Read-only”. With read-only access, they can view and download, but cannot change anything.

Code-protected folders
Without the code, nobody can open, download or delete the folder; in a team, other members only see its name. It locks again by itself as soon as you leave it.
30-day trash
An item deleted by mistake can be restored in one click, with all its contents, for 30 days.
No nasty surprises
If you change plans, nothing is deleted as long as the Drive fits in the new space; otherwise, you have 30 days to free up space.
