Personal data
To operate, the service processes: the email addresses entered (sender and recipients), the names and sizes of the files sent, visitors’ IP addresses (abuse limits and download log) and, for members, account details. Payments are handled by Stripe: no card data is stored by the site.
Files are encrypted in the browser before upload: their content cannot be read by the publisher. For a link transfer, if you ask to receive the full link by email, the encryption key is included in that email: it is entrusted to the server only to send it, then erased. Each transfer and its details are deleted automatically when it expires; account data is kept until the account is deleted.
If you have an account, your address is used to inform you about the service’s news and offers (as stated when your account was created), until you unsubscribe (link in every email, or from My account).
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object. To exercise it, write to contact@misiraca.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (CNIL in France).
Cookies
The site only uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, which require no consent:
mlsess— session (sign-in, form security), deleted when the browser closes;ml_sv— verified sender address, so the code is not asked again for 30 days.
Your browser also stores your choices (cookie banner) and the keys of your own encrypted transfers locally; this information is never sent to the site.
Audience measurement and advertising tools are only loaded once you agree in the banner. You can change your mind at any time:
Intellectual property
Transferred files remain the property of their authors; the publisher does not access them. The site’s elements (brand, logo, texts, interface) belong to MisiLab and may not be reproduced without permission.
