The misi.link large file transfer service is a service offered by the company MisiLab EURL, based in Fresnes, France. Our servers are located in France OVH
Using the misi.link service constitutes full acceptance of these general conditions of use.
1. Data confidentiality guarantee
We consider all data provided by users of the service to be confidential. No data or information is transmitted to third parties.
The files as well as the personal, transfer and sending data transmitted via our platform are stored on our own physical servers located in France (wasabi).
2. Content Privacy
As a service provider, MisiLab EURL guarantees that the content of files passing through its systems is treated as strictly confidential information to which access is prohibited to any outside person, except under the conditions permitted by legislation.
The company MisiLab EURL implements the necessary measures to ensure respect for this confidentiality as is customary in the profession. It cannot be held responsible for any possible failure beyond its control, particularly in the event of malicious action or deliberate attack on its computer systems by third parties.
By making files available, you become responsible for their distribution. It is recalled that illicit exchanges of recordings and protected works as well as piracy harm artistic creation. Failure to comply with the laws in force, particularly those relating to intellectual and artistic property, may give rise to prosecution and result in convictions. Any breach or complaint from rights holders will irremediably result in the deletion of the disputed file. By using this service, by transferring or downloading a file, you declare that you have read and accepted all of these conditions.
The user is responsible for the content of the files he transfers. He must be the owner of the intellectual property rights of all the files he submits, namely the reproduction, representation and distribution rights relating to the Internet medium, for a previously determined period.
3. System principle
A service offered free of charge, misi.link allows you to send files up to 64 GB to a correspondent via our servers, simply using an Internet browser. The service acts as a relay between the sender and the recipient, who receives a link to download the file. The file placed on our servers remains stored there while waiting to be downloaded.
4. Service limitation
The maximum size of a shipment is 64 GB, for a maximum of 10000 files per shipment. The lifespan of files on our servers is set from 90 days to unlimited (paid subscription).
Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for any loss of data.
5. Availability of the service
As far as possible, we strive to ensure the accessibility of our service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. However, we are not bound by any obligation of result.
We reserve the right to interrupt the service for reasons of maintenance, upgrade or improvement of system capacity, among others. Where applicable, we undertake to limit the interruption to a duration not exceeding 24 hours, except in cases of force majeure.
We cannot be held responsible for an interruption of service, even beyond 24 hours, nor for the consequences which could result for the user.
The user declares to know the particularities and constraints of the Internet. In particular, it guarantees knowing perfectly that the transmission of data and information via the Internet benefits from relative technical reliability, dependent on the characteristics and capacities of the heterogeneous networks on which they circulate which can disrupt access or make it impossible at times.
The user acknowledges and accepts these risks.
We do not guarantee that the Service will operate without interruption or be error free. However, the user has the right to expect professional execution of the service.
Files sent by upload are processed in a few seconds up to a few hours depending on the size or the number of documents sent.
Files with the .mkv extension are not accepted for transfer.
6. Modification of the general conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
